The delegation then toured the production facility. Beside the specialized production line for imported complete filter assemblies, the Vice President of Technology detailed the manufacturing process: Core materials—from filter paper sourced from U.S.-based H.V. Company and Oslon to electrogalvanized steel sheets imported from Shanghai Baosteel, Japan, and South Korea—undergo rigorous validation. The entire production process adheres to the Control Plan, implementing meticulous management at every stage from material intake to product shipment. The implementation of ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 quality management systems, and ISO14000 environmental management systems was fully demonstrated.

During the symposium, both parties engaged in vigorous discussions centered on pain points in comparable market products. Representatives from XCMG Excavators and its dealers raised issues regarding durability and clog resistance of filters in extreme operating conditions within the construction machinery sector. Headman's technical team presented solutions leveraging patented technologies, explaining how structural optimization enhances contamination resistance. They emphasized Headman's service model of “customized R&D + mass production.” Both parties also exchanged views on aftermarket spare parts supply and filtration solutions for new energy equipment, reaching a consensus to expand filtration application scenarios in construction machinery based on technological collaboration.
